Travel Diary|Madrid

Hello everyone! Welcome back to my blog!

Today I’m going to talk about what I’ve been up to in Madrid. I have been in Madrid since last Sunday but during the week I just chilled around the pool and read, so not very eventful. But today we decided to get out and go to the park!

We went to “El parque de los patos” (The duck park), and it was really cute!

A massive fountain was placed in the centre of the park that gave off a majestic look and the ducks waddled around it.

Then we made our way to the actual park bit where my cousin played for a while.

After that we made an unexpected trip to McDonalds, very classy πŸ˜‚.

We went back to my Auntie’s house and just chilled, but there was a really pretty sky out!

At around 10 we started walking to Parque Europa, a park with loads of recreations of famous monuments like the London Bridge or the Eiffel Tower!

It was a 2km walk but I saw some cool graffiti on the side of the road (I swear I take a picture of EVERYTHING πŸ˜‚).

There was a big event going on there so we bought some snacks and found a spot to sit.

Then the show started! It was a light show on like a fountain thing (idk πŸ˜‚) with film music! There was Harry Potter (which I was extremely happy about πŸ˜…), Star Wars, Grease and loads more.

The pictures I took are REALLY bad quality but I’ll show you what it looked like.It was really cool and I had a great time singing along!

Part 2 coming soon πŸ™‚
